I Hate IT...

Really not sure why I easily fall sick recently. Almost every month I will get minor sickness and most of the time is Flu.
Lastnight, before going to bed, I sneezed a few times,then I went to sleep without any medication.
This morning, I felt my throat is pain & bit of blocked nose. OMG....the flu bug is attacking me again. I HATE IT ...
I prayed hard I fast fast recover,don't spread the germs to my boy Ryan. I have been taking the medicine I got it from doctor last month when I was down with flu & sore throat too.
Now feel slightly better,but on & off I feel bit headache. I also drink ginger water,home remedy that I found online which works for me previously.

Wish myself have a speedy recovery as I need to takecare of Ryan full time.Lucky tomorrow is Sunday, so hubby can help me up in taking care Ryan.

nobody likes to be sick... just get some chinese herbs to boost up your immune system! That's what I am doing now... :) make herbal soup with immune system boosting for the whole family once a week!

I fall sick easily too even I took multivitamin + vit c daily. Maybe lack of excercise?

Oh dear... your antibody must be so weak. Rest more, drink more water, take more fresh fruits for vit c, and try manuka honey. it helps to strengthen your body. hope you get well soon.

Take more vitamin C and fruits. I'm also like you, fall sick very easily especially flu. Nowadays, I take lots of fruits and it helps.

Take care Mery, maybe it's time to get some advice from the dr. to take up some supplements and stuffs like that. It's hard to take care of Ryan when mommy is feeling unwell ..... I do hope Ryan will build up his immune system too then can go back to school soon :) Wish you luck!!!

Hi Friends,

I m feeling better now. Flu is gone,but then cough bug is attacking me. Not really a bad cough,juz on & off.but still need medication. Have been drinking Redoxon vit C everyday.

Take good rest ya!! Weather is bad, have more vege then meat, drinks lots of water!

Sigh~!! Thanks to this 'awesome' weather, 'kejap' rain, 'kejap' scorching hot... my little sprouts are down with couogh and flu too, getting fed up with the weather oledi.:(

Lots of mucus, stuffed nose? Go scrap your back... Possibly body too heaty. You can buy Clarinaise from pharmacy and keep in the house - sneeze a few times, take a pill - will keep flu at bay. The Malaysian made ones - Carinox is cheaper. Non-drowsy, so don't worry that it will make you sleepy.

Ya, or you can go and see a Chinese sinseh and get some herbal prescriptions.

Speedy recovery! Eat more fruits, veggie, drink more water, pop vitamins, get enuf sleep, get some exercise and u will stay strong and healthy :)

I think the bug population is getting bigger nowadays, so everywhere we can hear people sick, sick and sick...

same thing happen to my family, lately we fell sick almost every month.

Try to take more fruits to boost up the immune system.
