Cooking Recipes

I have been surfing for some recipes recently... It just suddenly come across my mind try to cook some new dishes for hubby and I myself and Ryan. Here are a few websites I would like to share with my blogger friends : HoChiak , ChowTimes , Rasa Msia, Lily's WSH.

Yesterday, I tried to make Perkedel for dinner (forget to snap the pic). It tasted better than the previous time I made. The most important is after frying, the perkedel looks yummy (did not out of shape like previous time I made).

Tonight, I cook curry chicken with lady finger (no picture taken again..always forget).Eat with meehoon. The curry paste I brought esp from Medan (my hometown). It is very spicy..but the taste is GREAT.

Dunno what to cook for tomorrow.....ehm....Ok, I decide to cook peanut pork ribs soup, fried vege, cucur jagung.

Happy Cooking !!

Joanne - Ryan loves to eat perkedel too...but seem it is a fried food,so I did not give him eat alot. I always minimize his intake on fried foods..too heaty for kid.Once a while is still ok.

Caroline - I added more minced pork this time,so the perkedel looks harder,it won't pecah when I fried it. Also added Maggi Seasoning, some minced garlic, light soyasos, oyster sos. The taste is great...whole plate is sapu clean by hubby & I.

Peiwun - let's browse the web wen u r free..

Thanks for sharing the websites, Mery. You should take pics of what you cooked next time. The curry paste you got from Medan sounds very good to me coz I like it spicy..haha.

Mummy Gwen - Sure I will snap the pic of what I cook next time.Sometimes I am too busy in th kitchen and plus taking care Ryan,so I will only remember while I was having my dinner. That's too late to snap the pic as the dishes are almost finish liao. The curry paste frm Medan is spicy n I love it. Normally I will bring home Curry Paste + Rendang paste from medan.
