School Life (1st week)

Ryan has started his half day nursery class(Taska) on 1 Feb 2010. Actually he has been there on last month January'10,but that was only for 3 days, after tat he fall sick & doctor advised me to let Ryan have a full rest at home before sending him back to school. So I let Ryan rest well at home for 3 weeks before starting his school activity again in Feb'10.

1st day & 2nd day : Cry while when we reached his school. I did not wait for Ryan at the school. After accompanying him till the main door, I have to wave "Bye Bye" to him. No parents are allowed to stay there.

3rd day : My car just reached the school gate ,Ryan started to cry (not loud).I hugged him go down & then his teacher hug him go in to the school.

4rd day : Started to get nottier, sometimes looked for "mummy".

5th day : Sometimes looked for "mummy" .. but then Ryan did not cry. Juz keep say " where is mummy, where is mummy".

6th day : wakeup around 7am, have mild fever. After wipe clean body & change shirt+pant & drink his milk, I gave him Fever medicine. We off to school.
No cry,but showed a sad face when I left the school.I was so worried that day....lucky his fever subsided after the medicine.

Really hope tomorrow & the rest of the day, Ryan will be doing fine in school. No more cry.....& be a good BOY !!

Hello Mery, nice posting. I guess your boy will learn to have fun in school.
Time flies.....and one day, you will be sending him off to University, ha ha.
Incidentally, I ran away from school on the second day after my mom had gone home.

The police found me walking home 2 miles away.
And I was the only boy coming to school in a police van, with my mom's blessings, ha ha.
The police threatened to put me in jail if I ran away again....I never did! I was 6 years old.

But my teachers wished I had when few years later snakes, mice, were found in class, in their desks...I was one of their usual suspects, the only one actually, ha ha.
Have a nice day and keep a song in your heart, Lee.

Don't worry, Ryan will settle down soon. I'm sure most kids are like that when they start school. New environment for them. My turn will come very soon when I send my son to school.
