Everynight before going to bed, I will think of what to cook for the next day. I guess it is the life being a "SAHM".
The other day, I saw a pack of Mee Suah in my cabinet, so I decided to cook simple lunch for Ryan after his school : MeeSuah soup. Ryan loves to eat those vegetable balls (bought from GIANT),so I added some and lots of green vegetables. One thing weird, Ryan dislike other kind of fishballs, except "that particular vegetable balls" from GIANT. Strange, rite?
Get ready all the ingredients and within 20 mins....the Meesuah Soup is ready to be served...

I like meesuah more than meehoon actually, but both my boy and hubby love the later one. especially my hubby, he always comment that meesuah is for people who fell sick and cannot eat rice
