New Menu of the Day
This morning, I woke up at 6am as usual to prepare breakfast for hubby and also prepare Ryan's meal for breakfast & lunch. I saw some french beans (bought last 2 days) and other vegetables. It strikes my mind to try out new vegetable for Ryan today. So I took out french beans and sliced into small pieces. Therefore, menu for today is FRENCH BEANS PORRIDGE.
I added some marinated chicken breast meat for the sweetness,sliced ginger and mushroom powder.
The porridge turns out to be yummy.The marinated chicken breast meat definitely enhanced the sweetness of the porridge.
*I will create more n more new recipes for Ryan to try out in future*

Peiwun - I marinated with Lee Kum Kee Hoisin sos...juz a little bit only,dun put too much,worie too salty for kid.
Littlelamb - mushroom seasoning granule is from COSWAY,in a plastic bottle 1. I just add bit into the porridge while cooking to make the porridge tastier.
The porridge really looks yummy!! Good job Mery, looking forward to more variety on bb Ryan's food ya :)
With a bit of seasoning sure tastes yummy. Good marinates there..hehe. Maybe I should get the hoisin sauce too. ;)
I was just about to ask how do you marinate the chicken..hehe. ok, now I know how..

SY - For the sake of Ryan, I have to wakup early in the morning to cook for him.
Usually i put ikan bilis powder I grind myself for seasoning. No MSG ma. You don't know what is in those bottle seasoning.
